System Upgrade & Warehouse Relocation

Dear Customers,

We are about to undergo a system upgrade and warehouse relocation. Please find the details below:

1. New Website Launch:
   The new website (beta.100express.com) is now live. Starting from October 26, 2024, the new and old systems will be merged. Please use the new website to submit packages and ensure that they are sent to the new warehouse address.

2. Old System & Website Merger:
   The old website (www.100express.com) will merge with the new system on October 26, 2024, and your account balance will also be synchronized. We recommend switching to the new website as soon as possible.

3. Last Day for Old Warehouse:
   The old warehouse will stop receiving packages on October 19, 2024. Any packages arriving after this date will be rejected. Please send your packages to the new warehouse. Packages at the old warehouse will be transferred to the new one between October 26 and October 31.

4. Post-Merger Access:
   After the system merger on October 26, 2024, all operations will be conducted on the main website (www.100express.com), and historical data can be accessed via old.100express.com.

Please transition your operations to the new system and warehouse as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
